Dr. Koga was invited to perform neurosurgical interventions at Andalusia Hospitals in Cairo and Alexandria, Egypt in the period Sept 16 - 23, 2022. The local surgical teams preselected patients and organized the operating theaters, running up to three operating rooms simultaneously until late at night. Dr. Koga was supported by local neurosurgeons, Dr. Mohamed Refaat (Alexandria) and Dr. Raef Mosad (Cairo). Their exceptional dedication allowed over 120 outpatient consultations and 12 surgeries in one week.
